Rawi respects your family's privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
We collect account information, child profile details, reading progress, and consent records to provide the service.
Children's data
Child data is processed only with required parental consent. Parents can view progress and delete profiles at any time.
Your rights
You may update your account, revoke optional consents, export a data summary, or delete your account from settings.
Service providers
We use DigitalOcean (hosting, database, and story media storage), Stripe (subscription billing), and Formspree (the optional waitlist signup form on our marketing page). These providers process data only as needed to run Rawi.
Data retention
Reading telemetry and ended reading sessions are kept for 180 days, safety event records for 365 days, and account or child data until you delete the profile or account. We never store raw child audio.
